​​Valorie McNair is a Licensed Esthetician with more than eight years of experience specializing in corrective skincare especially for melanin-rich skin. She is passionate about helping clients achieve healthy, radiant skin through personalized, results-driven treatments that enhance confidence and overall well-being.

In 2018, Valorie founded V’La Von® Studio Spa, LLC, launching her practice in partnership with Dr. Neena Bhatti at Advanced Dermacare and Skin Solutions in Upper Marlboro, Maryland. Building on a strong reputation for exceptional results, she expanded her business and opened her own studio spa in Waldorf, Maryland, in 2024.

Valorie specializes in Chemical Peels, HydraFacial®, and Microneedling, helping more than 1,000 clients address acne, skin scarring, hyperpigmentation, uneven skin tone, and signs of aging. ​

Her approach combines advanced skincare expertise, client education, and customized treatment plans to deliver lasting results in a welcoming environment where clients feel valued, empowered, and confident in their skin.

Valorie also serves as a preceptor to aspiring Estheticians, mentors and trains Estheticians, and has a growing body care line of natural soaps, body creams, scrubs, and fragrance oils. ​​​​​​​​​​​​​
